CITY OF LEES SUMMIT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 08-162

The City of Lee's Summit will accept separate sealed proposals from qualified firms/ providers interested in providing the following: For the sale and re-development of properties located at 101 SW 3rd and 304 SW Market Streets in Lee’s Summit, MO. Proposals must be received by 3:00 P.M. local time, on June 17, 2008 at the City Hall, Purchasing Division, 220 S.E. Green St. Lee's Summit, MO 64063. Proposal documents and any addendums are available by accessing the City’s web site at www.lees-summit.mo.us/content/Citybusiness.cfm, the City’s e-procurement system, Onvia-Demandstar at www.demandstar.com or by contacting the Purchasing Division at 816-969-1080. It is the responsibility of interested firms to check the City’s website at www.lees-summit.mo.us/content/Citybusiness.cfm, for any addendums prior to the closing date and time of this RFP. All addendums must be signed and included with submitted proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical defects in the proposals, and to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City. A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 19, 2008 at 2:00 PM in the Howard A Conference Room at City Hall, 220 S.E. Green St. Lee's Summit, MO 64063. A site viewing will immediately follow.
